Our products are made to order, so we do not accept general returns or sizing-related returns. However, we will replace or refund the item if there is a print error or visible quality issue. Can I cancel or amend my order?

You can cancel or amend your order anytime before it goes to production by using the link provided in your confirmation email. Once the order has gone to production, cancellations are not possible. However, you may be eligible for a replacement or resolution if you encounter any quality issues upon receiving your order.

What should I do if I receive a damaged item or if there is a quality issue?

For the fastest resolution, email us at contact@support.shop.interestingengineering.com with a photograph demonstrating the quality issue or damaged area, along with your order number. The optimal pictures should be on a flat surface with the tag and error clearly displayed.

How do refunds work for product orders?

Refunds are only issued for orders with quality issues. You must provide a photograph demonstrating the quality issue. Refunds processed via PayPal will show up in your account balance within 24 business hours. Refunds processed via credit/debit card will appear in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

How long do I have to report a quality issue after receiving my order?

You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to address any quality issues. Please ensure you provide clear photographs of the problem and email them to us at contact@support.shop.interestingengineering.com for resolution.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna/AfterPay (depending on your location), and other local payment methods.
