1. How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking Order Number after every purchase. Go to the Footer Menu and click on Track My Order. Then, enter your Order Number in the requested field and click on Track. You will see the progress of your order that is in transit.
2. Can I cancel my order?
We are humans and we often tend to make mistakes, don’t we? Keeping the same thing in mind, Cult Cavern doesn’t apply any cancellation charges if you wish to cancel an order. However, you can only cancel an order in the first 24 hours after placing it.
3. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs will vary according to the locations where the order has to be shipped.
4. How long is the shipping time?
Interesting Engineering always strives to deliver an uber experience to its customers through its customer service. Any confirmed order will reach your doorstep in 5-7 business days, provided there are no circumstances such as bad weather, holidays, natural disasters, etc.
5. I have entered an incorrect address!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, no worries! Notify us immediately via email at support@interestingengineering.com with the subject line WRONG ADDRESS and the correct address. If the address is wrong, we can correct it within 24 hours.
6. Can I change my order?
Unfortunately, Interesting Engineering does not offer any direct means for changing the order. You will have to cancel your previous order and place a new order. Notify us about the same by sending an email to support@interestingengineering.com. The refunds for the previous order will be transferred to your bank account without any cancellation charges in 3-5 business days.
7. What if I receive the wrong item?
Although this hardly happens at Interesting Engineering, we deeply regret the inconvenience caused to you by sending the wrong item from our end. To apply for a return, quickly drop us a mail at support@interestingengineering.com with the subject line WRONG ITEM!
Include minimum three photos of the product showing the damage, your tracking ID, and the Order Number in the mail. Once that is done, we will let you know about the further process.
8. Will I get an email when my order is shipped out?
Yes! You will get a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another when your order is dispatched.
